We're beyond excited to host the legendary cinematographer, Sir Roger A. Deakins, in Dallas! Due to overwhelming demand, we've released more copies of his photography book, Byways, which can be purchased below along with additional tickets for the series. All events will take place at the Texas Theatre (231 Jefferson Blvd.).
Thursday, June 8 - The book signing will begin at 3:30 p.m. for those attending this special event. Roger and James Deakins will introduce the film at 7:30 p.m. This screening is for those who purchased the bundle option only. We recommend arriving early.
Friday, June 9 - Q+A and Conversation at SMU School of Film. Later, a luncheon with Women in Film Dallas. Sicario will screen in the evening at the Texas Theatre with a live introduction by Julio Cedillo.
Saturday, June 10 - No Country for Old Men
Sunday, June 11 - The Blade Runner 2049 screening begins at 5 p.m. with an introduction by Roger and James Deakins. The main floor tickets for the event are sold out, but don't worry! We've added additional tickets in the theatre's upstairs screening room. Stick around for a live Q&A and conversation with Roger and James Deakins discussing their filmography and photography book after the film, moderated by Dallas Film Commissioner, Tony Armer.
